Hi im Andy

Im looking for a 1 Bedroom flat to rent in the LE1,LE2 and LE3 areas of Leicester with rent no higher than £400pcm.

I can supply refrances form my employer and the 1st mounths rent but im struggling to save the 1ST MOUNTHS DEPOSIT hence this ad.

Im currently employed and have been for over 6 years with the same employer.

Im 25 and local to the area whos a nice,respectful guy whos clean,tidy and quiet.
